Born in 1957, studies of Romance and English history and literature at University
of Saarbrücken, degree equivalent to B.A. Thereafter professional career in
purchasing and personnel management in retail sector (headquarters of
department store chains Horten AG and Karstadt AG).
In 1991 she commenced her activities in personnel consulting and recruiting - first
with the firms Neumann International and Knight Wendling, then joining Dahlke & Partner
in 1998, Since 2001 Managing Partner.
She has particular expertise in the following sectors:
machinery and mechanical engineering, energy production and supply,
glass production, packaging, building materials, speciality chemicals
including food and cosmetic additives.
