The successful development of the firm continued throughout the 70’s. In the
meantime, Ernst H. Dahlke was getting on in years and recognized the need
to attract younger personnel consultants to his firm to insure its continuing
existence.
In 1978 he founded together with two younger and experienced partners
Ernst H. Dahlke & Partner GmbH. This brought new impulses to the company
and led to a substantial growth in the business. One of the two new partners
was Peter Schwingel, who is today managing the firm.
